- How to I cancel my subscription?
Simply cancel your subscription right here from this account and you access to Quickhelp will also be removed. Alternatively, just email [email protected] with you intentions and we'll take care of everything at the back end for you.
- When am I billed?
You'll be billed on the anniversary day in the month in which you subscribed. This will occur immediately on the payment platform you used initially unless you cancel your account prior to this anniversary.
- Can I sign up with an @outlook.com or @gmail.com style email address?
Unfortunately not. This service can only be provisioned to a custom domain and not a generic consumer email service like @outlook.com or @gmail.com.
- When will I gain access to the Quickhelp service?
We'll need to sign you up manually and we'll do that as soon as we can once you have registered. If you experience any delays or you haven't see anything come through, please don't hesitate to email [email protected] to find out what is going on.
